About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounting Officer to support our finance team with key transactional processes. In this role, you will be responsible for executing payment runs, processing bank transactions, booking interest related to cash pooling, and ensuring accurate reconciliations and account clearings. You will also assist in monitoring accounts receivable, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute automatic payment runs in accounting system, upload payment files into bank
- Book the bank statements and pay desks; book the interest linked to the cash-pooling
- Perform reconciliations and account clearings
- Track and monitor accounts receivable
Requirements
- Good English knowledge
- Professional education and work experience in finance or accounting would be an advantage, but not essential
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Motivation and flexibility in order to meet tight deadlines and organize heavy workloads
- Ability to learn quickly
