About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and send invoices and credit notes
  • Monitor outstanding amounts included in invoices (manage pricing and payment information)
  • Process daily and monthly invoice payments according to portfolio distribution
  • Track and update invoice payment data
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams
  • Support debt collectors (refunds, assets, providing additional information to fully understand disputes)
  • Resolve incoming inquiries related to invoices

Requirements

  • Enjoy working with numbers and show initiative in fulfilling duties
  • Solution-oriented approach and flexibility in task execution
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken) with international colleagues and clients
  • Team spirit
  • Good skills in MS 365 (Collaborative Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in invoicing will be considered an advantage
