About the role

We are currently looking for the Senior Project Manager position in Multimedia field.

The Multimedia Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex multimedia localization and content production projects. This includes AI Voice Over (AI VO), Human Dubbing, Voice Cloning, Lip Sync, Lip Manipulation, Subtitling, Audio Description, and multimedia adaptation projects across long-form and short-form content.

The role serves as the primary interface between clients, production teams, language specialists, voice talent, studio partners, and technology stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective content delivery while maintaining compliance with creative, linguistic, technical, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage multiple concurrent multimedia projects end-to-end, from intake through final delivery, including AI dubbing, human dubbing, voice over, subtitling, OST, lip-sync, and lip-manipulation projects across corporate videos, movies and series, social media content, e-learning, and other multimedia formats.

· Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery plans.

· Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

· Manage common and complex customer requirements (engagement and service setup, monitoring of the execution of the SQP, process improvement and optimization); develop a strong understanding of client-specific requirements, quality expectations, and business objectives.

· Monitor project financials including P&L for the project, prepare invoicing and reporting, manage KPIs, draft forecasts;

· Serve as a subject matter expert for multimedia content. Being able to assess content suitability for different multimedia services and present it to the customers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, studios, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

· Operate independently while exercising sound judgment and ensuring timely escalation of risks, issues, and customer concerns when appropriate.

Requirements

· 5+ years of Project Management experience in Multimedia, Media Localization, Voice Over, Dubbing or related media production environments;

· Deep understanding of multimedia localization processes and workflows;

· Demonstrated experience managing projects involving AI Voice Over, Lip-Sync, and AI-powered Lip-Manipulation solutions;

· Hands-on knowledge of multimedia production and localization tools, including dubbing, subtitling, AI voice, and lip-sync solutions;

· Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

· Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills;

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail;

· Ability to prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing deadlines;

· Resilient under pressure and capable of driving projects to successful completion in a dynamic production environment;

· Languages: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
