About the role

The Risk and Compliance Analyst will assist the Risk & Compliance team in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining key processes related to quality management and risk control. This position is designed for a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in quality, compliance, or risk management, who is eager to develop expertise in these areas.

The role involves supporting internal processes, collecting and analyzing performance data, contributing to risk assessments, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The Risk and Compliance Analyst will work closely with senior team members to promote continuous improvement and compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Quality and Compliance Activities: Assist in the maintenance and improvement of internal quality and compliance processes aligned with company procedures and relevant standards.
  • Risk and Process Support: Contribute to identifying potential risks in processes and assist in implementing actions to mitigate them. Support updates to risk registers and improvement plans.
  • KPI Tracking and Reporting: Collect, monitor, and organize data for key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare basic reports and support analysis of trends and performance deviations.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and updated quality and compliance documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
  • Internal Audits and Reviews Support: Provide logistical and documentation support for internal audits, assessments, and management reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance processes. Share suggestions for improvement and collaborate in their implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in quality, risk, or compliance-related functions.
  • Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 concepts) and risk management principles.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Motivation to learn and develop within quality and compliance management areas.

 

Prefered skills:

  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001) or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with data analysis, dashboards, or KPI tracking tools.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
