About the role

The Information Security Analyst acts as a business-facing security and compliance partner, supporting Acolad’s operations in all matters related to information security, data privacy, and risk management. This role bridges the gap between technical security teams, business stakeholders, and clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for business teams and clients on data privacy, compliance, and security topics
  • Respond to client questionnaires, audits, and assessments
  • Support policies aligned with ISO 27001
  • Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation tracking
  • Support BC/DR plans and testing
  • Act as a bridge between CSIRT and the business
  • Support communication with stakeholders and clients
  • Coordinate penetration testing with external providers
  • Support User Access Reviews
  • Promote security culture and training
  • Provide guidance on AI security and compliance 

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Security, IT, Risk Management or similar
  • 1-3 years in Information Security, Risk, Compliance, or Data Privacy
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset
  • Understanding of business processes and risk
  • Fluent English
