About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations & Analytics to join our team for a 3 months internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR data management by helping collect, update, and maintain accurate data across HR systems.
  • Support reporting activities by preparing monthly KPI summaries and ad‑hoc analyses.
  • Support compliance efforts by following HR policies, GDPR rules, and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Support recruitment operations through sourcing, job posting, pre‑screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives including process improvements, sourcing strategies, and employer‑branding activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with data management tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Availability to commit to the internship for the specified duration of 3 months
