About the role
We are currently looking for the Team Lead position in Multimedia department.
This role combines hands-on project leadership with people management responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of complex multimedia localization and content production projects while providing coaching, mentoring, workload planning, and operational support for a team of Multimedia Project Managers.
The Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, quality delivery, process optimization, and team development across multimedia services including AI Voice Over, Human Dubbing, Voice Cloning, Lip Sync, Lip Manipulation, Subtitling, Audio Description, and multimedia adaptation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and support to a team of Multimedia Project Managers.
- Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and resource utilization to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support team development through training, performance feedback, and knowledge sharing.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and solution-oriented team culture.
- Act as the first point of escalation for project, customer, and operational issues.
- Oversee the successful execution of multimedia projects across dubbing, voice-over, AI voice, subtitling, lip-sync, lip manipulation, audio description, and content localization workflows.
- Support project managers in handling complex projects, customer requirements and escalations. Personally manage some of the multimedia projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and customer expectations.
- Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, service-level agreements, and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, studios, vendors, voice talents, and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Account Manager and Program Manager to improve customer experience and develop scalable service solutions.
- Participate in client calls, business reviews, and operational meetings as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Multimedia Project Management, Media Localization, Dubbing, Voice Over, Content Production, or similar environments.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or coordinating project management teams.
- Proven experience managing complex multimedia localization projects from initiation through delivery.
- Understanding of multimedia localization workflows and production processes.
- Experience working with subtitlers voice talents, AI dubbing experts, external studios, localization vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Strong customer-focus and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
