About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of software programs from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑release activities.
- Ensure alignment across teams through the software lifecycle.
- Develop program timelines, track progress, manage risks, and resolve cross‑team blockers.Improve and standardize Agile workflows, delivery processes, and team communication.
- Coordinate release activities, including readiness checks, deployment planning, and post‑launch reviews.
- Provide clear and consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders through structured reporting.
- Support global product readiness, including localization, compliance steps, and market expansion preparation.
Requirements
- 4–6 years managing software projects or programs in tech organizations.
- Able to independently manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.

Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple engineering teams.

Excellent communication skills for translating technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail and delivery predictability.

Experience coordinating releases, QA cycles, and cross‑functional readiness.

Ability to drive process improvements and promote efficient workflows.

Skilled in managing large, multi‑disciplinary programs.

The salary considered for this position would be between 70.000$ to 80.000$ per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the base salary.
