About the role

The HR Officer supports the delivery of core human resources services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with policies, and a positive employee experience. This role partners with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR processes, supports key initiatives such as onboarding, employee engagement, and contributes to the continuous improvement of HR practices. Working within a global or multi‑team environment, the HR Officer plays a key role in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality within HR systems. 
  • Support Regional HR in all necessary HR admin tasks 
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools through the ticketing tool. 
  • Assist in implementing HR programs such as performance management, engagement initiatives, and training. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and applicable labor regulations. 
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders. 
  • Support payroll processes and coordination where applicable. 
  • Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Legal, IT, Operations) on HR‑related matters. 
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement of processes and systems. 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist roles, or similar. 
  • Proven experience managing key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations support). 
  • Strong ability to handle HR queries, maintain systems, and support multiple HR programs independently. 
  • Experience working with HR systems and supporting cross‑functional collaboration. 

 

Level of Education: Bachelor’s 

Field: Human Resources, Social Science and equivalent 

 

Language: 

English [Mandatory] 

 

Job Specific Skills: 

  • Good knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. 
  • Good understanding of labor law principles and HR compliance. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support employee engagement. 
  • For senior roles: ability to advise managers, manage complex cases, and drive process improvement. 

 

IT Skills: 

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECM 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards (HR analytics tools, Excel).
