About the role

Manage HR organization and activities in the country, supporting management on all HR topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure governance of all HR related topics (in partnership with the Regional BP if appointed) and support local managers and employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all HR processes and contribute to the development of HR global policies, processes, and procedures, being responsible for their implementation in the respective country.
  • Coach managers in the continuous development of their teams, fostering a culture of dialogue, feedback, and collaboration.
  • Promote a healthy, safe, and pleasant workplace  

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within multinational environments.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and legal compliance.
  • Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments with adaptability and resilience.
  • Experience with HR systems and payroll management.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent in Italian.
  • Fluent in English.
