About the role

Perform financial records and statements, according to financial and public laws and regulations and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). 

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management & Process Improvement 
- Adapt to ongoing system changes and integrations, ensuring smooth financial operations as the company grows. 
- Identify opportunities for improvement in financial workflows and assist in implementing enhanced accounting processes. 

Customer, Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 
- Act as the primary contact for external auditors, coordinating the audit process and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve financial discrepancies and assist in information sharing. 
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 

Financial Oversight & Budget Management 
- Ensure compliance on tax matters to fulfill local requirements, including tax return optimization. 
- Manage complex accounts receivable processes, including analyzing collection patterns and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow.  

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain and check financial data in the group's systems and support the elaboration of financial reporting. 
- Audit financial information to ensure processes align with financial policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Experience: 4-6 years

Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree 

Field: Accounting, finance, or a related field 

Language:
