About the role
Acolad is looking for a skilled and reliable Finance Manager to oversee financial accuracy and compliance within one of our local or regional entities. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and validation of financial statements in accordance with local regulations, tax compliance and optimization, and managing the relationship with auditors and tax authorities.
As a local representative of the Group’s Finance function, you will act as a key liaison between corporate finance and external stakeholders, ensuring group processes are implemented and local compliance is maintained. This is a high-impact role ideal for an experienced finance professional with deep knowledge of local accounting and tax practices.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight & Budget Management

Ensure accurate execution of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Appendix) in line with local accounting, fiscal, and social regulations.

Manage and optimize tax compliance and reporting to fulfill local obligations.
Strategic Planning & Execution

Represent the CFO locally, ensuring adherence to group-wide finance processes and standards.
Customer, Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the point of contact for external auditors and tax authorities.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and government bodies.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance

Ensure financial compliance with relevant local accounting and tax regulations.

Support audit readiness and continuous improvement in financial controls.
Requirements
Experience

8+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Languages

English: Mandatory

Local language proficiency: Required for effective communication with local authorities and stakeholders
