Are you passionate about building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and helping organizations communicate without limits? At Interpreting Solutions, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth by winning new clients and expanding strategic partnerships across international markets.

In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting businesses, institutions, and communities through innovative language and interpreting solutions, helping them communicate effectively across cultures and languages.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while maximizing growth within a portfolio of existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and engaging prospective clients across target industries.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue within existing customer accounts.
  • Research market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities to strengthen our competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored interpreting and language solutions that deliver value.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers.
  • Assess commercial opportunities, risks, and financial viability of potential deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and long-term customer success.
  • Represent Interpreting Solutions at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, win new business, and grow customer relationships.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with a good understanding of market trends and business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Strong English skills and fluency in the relevant customer language(s).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
