About the role
Acolad centralizes all its outreach campaigns within the Growth team: an AI-powered outbound engine that generates pipeline across six European markets for all group products (Translation, Lia Go, Lia Live, Interpreting, Data Services) and priority verticals (Healthcare, Industry, Tech, etc.).
To accelerate growth and cover all scopes, the team is evolving. This Growth Operations role is a key link between strategy (Head of Growth) and execution (campaign batches and SDRs).
For this position, you will manage outreach activities on a day-to-day basis by preparing everything campaigns need (targeting, data, content, tools) and analyzing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Campaigns
- Write and adapt campaign emails by ICP, persona, and language based on approved messaging angles.
- Contribute to defining ICPs and personas by product and industry vertical.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated) and propose optimizations.
2. Data
- Ensure email database quality: validation, deduplication, standardization, and enrichment.
- Source target accounts through SimilarWeb exports, PhantomBuster scraping, and Salesforce extractions.
- Contribute to maintaining high CRM data quality.
3. Tools Management – End-to-End Ownership
- Administer Lemlist: campaigns, sender accounts, and unsubscribe management.
- Manage deliverability: Lemwarm, domain warm-up, and bounce monitoring.
- Define sending volumes: sender capacity, limits, and campaign pacing.
- Maintain tool access and integrations (Lemlist API, SimilarWeb, Tableau, Salesforce).
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Gather and structure requirements from Heads of Sales across markets.
- Produce reporting: campaign performance reviews, inbound and outbound results by market, Sales Enablement reports, and weekly pipeline reporting (automated).
- Document processes and create playbooks, contributing directly to the Outreach 2.0 framework.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Growth, Marketing Operations, or a similar field.
- Motivation and learning agility are valued more highly than experience.
- Strong tool proficiency: comfortable adopting new SaaS platforms, APIs, and data exports. AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) are already part of your daily workflow.
- Strong data skills: advanced Excel required. SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent written communication skills. Fluent French and English required; an additional European language is appreciated.
- Autonomous, organized, and process-oriented, with a strong inclination toward documentation and continuous improvement.
Technical Skills

- SimilarWeb
- PhantomBuster

Benefits
- A central role within an AI-driven outbound engine that is still being built and is already one of the most advanced in the industry. You will help create and shape the playbooks.
- Direct exposure to the Head of Growth, Heads of Sales across six markets, and the Marketing team.
- A clear career progression path: Growth Operations → Campaign Ownership → Growth Team Advancement
